Welcome to Get Disrobed.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Get Disrobed website and your participation in Get Disrobed, including coaching, activities, challenges, guidance, content, digital materials, communications, experiences, and related offerings.

By accessing our website, making a purchase, enrolling, or participating in Get Disrobed, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll or participate.

Get Disrobed is designed for adults who voluntarily choose to participate.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of making your own independent decision to participate.

Participation is always voluntary.

You may decline any particular activity, conversation, challenge, or experience that you are uncomfortable completing.

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when requested.

Get Disrobed is a personal development experience built around one clear goal:

Becoming better.

What that means will look different for everyone.

Your experience may include:

• Physical training and movement
• Personal development activities
• Challenges
• Goal setting
• Conversations and reflection
• Habit development
• Educational content
• Digital resources
• Local or travel experiences
• Activities designed to encourage growth
• Other experiences or guidance related to your individual goals

Certain elements may intentionally not be disclosed in advance.

That's part of the experience.

However, you will receive information reasonably necessary to make informed decisions regarding safety, travel, expenses, physical requirements, or other material considerations before participating in an applicable activity.

Get Disrobed may provide structure, guidance, accountability, challenges, experiences, and opportunities for personal growth.

We do not make your life decisions for you.

You remain responsible for deciding which goals you pursue, which changes you make, and how you apply what you learn through Get Disrobed.

Participation does not guarantee any particular physical, financial, personal, professional, emotional, or other outcome.

We provide the environment and support.

What you do with it is ultimately yours.

Get Disrobed is designed to challenge routine, encourage growth, and sometimes move you beyond what feels familiar.

It is never intended to remove your personal choice.

You may decline an activity that you reasonably believe is unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, medically unsuitable, or inconsistent with a personal boundary.

You agree to communicate honestly and respectfully throughout your participation.

Nothing communicated by Get Disrobed should be interpreted as requiring you to participate in conduct without your consent or remain in a situation you reasonably believe is unsafe.

Get Disrobed may involve exercise, strength training, walking, recreational activities, outdoor activities, travel, or other forms of physical movement.

Get Disrobed does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of participating in an activity and should consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.

Participation in physical activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Get Disrobed is a personal development and lifestyle experience.

It is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis intervention.

Our coaching, conversations, activities, and materials should not be used as substitutes for services provided by appropriately licensed professionals.

When your circumstances require professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other specialized assistance, you are responsible for seeking an appropriately qualified professional.

Any financial education, conversations, activities, challenges, or materials provided through Get Disrobed are intended for general educational and personal development purposes.

Get Disrobed does not provide individualized investment, tax, accounting, credit, or legal advice.

You remain responsible for your own financial decisions.

Some Get Disrobed experiences may involve restaurants, hotels, airlines, vacation rentals, transportation providers, entertainment venues, fitness facilities, recreational providers, or other independent third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these businesses are independently owned and operated and are not controlled by Get Disrobed.

You are responsible for reviewing applicable third party terms, restrictions, safety requirements, cancellation policies, and additional costs when appropriate.

Get Disrobed is not responsible for delays, cancellations, closures, service interruptions, lost property, injuries, or other circumstances caused by independent third parties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Your purchase covers the products and services expressly identified as included at the time of purchase.

Certain travel, meals, transportation, activities, purchases, or other experiences may involve additional expenses.

When a material additional expense is required for your participation, you will be informed before being expected to incur that expense.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you are responsible for your own incidental and third party expenses.

Life comes with risk.

So does trying something new.

Activities offered or suggested through Get Disrobed may involve ordinary risks associated with exercise, recreation, travel, transportation, food, outdoor activities, unfamiliar environments, and other experiences.

By voluntarily participating, you acknowledge and accept the reasonably foreseeable risks associated with the activities you choose to complete.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to participate in an activity you reasonably believe would place you or another person in danger.

All fees and related charges are due according to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

If third party financing or payment providers are available, your use of those services is also subject to the separate terms of the applicable provider.

Stopping participation in Get Disrobed does not, by itself, eliminate an outstanding payment obligation.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Get Disrobed Refund Policy presented in connection with your purchase.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that policy before purchase.

Get Disrobed puts a lot into creating its experiences.

Please respect the work behind them.

Get Disrobed materials, including challenges, instructions, programs, prompts, videos, guides, written materials, graphics, branding, digital resources, and proprietary experience designs, remain protected intellectual property belonging to Get Disrobed and its applicable owners or licensors.

You may not reproduce, publish, sell, commercially distribute, or create competing products using proprietary Get Disrobed materials without prior written permission.

We may also ask that you not publicly reveal surprise elements in a way that materially spoils an experience for future participants.

Participating in Get Disrobed does not automatically give us permission to publicly use your private communications, photographs, videos, personal information, progress, or experiences for advertising or promotional purposes.

If we would like to publicly feature your likeness, progress, experience, or story, any permission required for that use will be obtained separately.

Everyone starts somewhere different.

Testimonials, stories, photographs, videos, transformations, or examples shared by Get Disrobed represent individual experiences.

They are not guarantees that you will achieve the same result or outcome.

Your results will depend substantially on your starting point, participation, consistency, decisions, effort, circumstances, and other factors.

Get Disrobed reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation when reasonably necessary because of:

• Threatening or abusive behavior
• Harassment
• Illegal activity
• Intentional misuse of Get Disrobed services
• Conduct that creates a credible safety concern
• Material violations of these Terms

Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Get Disrobed and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in Get Disrobed or use of the website and related materials.

Any limitation or exclusion of liability contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your use of Get Disrobed is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Some parts of personal growth require honesty, and sometimes that means sharing information that is personal.

We take that responsibility seriously.

Get Disrobed may update these Terms from time to time.

The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version presented or otherwise made available in connection with your enrollment, except where subsequent changes are required by law or expressly agreed to.
